Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) assists the body to
initiate its natural healing process.

During a typical treatment session the client is fully clothed and lays comfortably on a massage table. Using a non-invasive, light touch, usually starting at the feet and often working at the head or sacrum, the Craniosacral Therapist is able to detect imbalances.

Using highly attuned sensory skills developed through extensive training, the practitioner can help the client to heal on all levels (physical, mental, and emotional).

Craniosacral Therapists assist clients to resource and self regulate, encouraging and supporting the client to move toward reaching, and maintaining a healthy homoeostasis throughout the body.

BCST practitioners work from a neutral space, and do not interfere with the clients own 'inherent treatment plan'. Treatments are client-led and progress is set at a pace determined by the individuals' own system. In other words, the clients body will prioritise what it wants to heal on any given day. No two treatments are ever the same.

Clients usually experience a deep relaxation during and after a session.
